I've griped on other forums about The Singing Bee. That's a ludicrous show for sure. I've even griped about America's Got Talent here.

Guess what? They screwed up. They screwed up big time. How?

They tried to out-FOX the FOX network's run with Sanjaya. They voted "Boy Shakira" and "Bollywood Guy" into the top 20, hoping that they could ride on the coattails of the Sanjaya debacle. It probably seemed like a good idea at the time, but they're no FOX. None of their second-rate knock-offs are doing well this season.

So of last week's performers, we get to keep: Cas Haley, Terry Fator, Jason Pritchett, the Calypso Tumblers, and The Duttons.

• The Duttons - Someone needs to tell them to get back to the level of their first performance. Everything has been trash since then.
• Robert Hatcher - I don't like this guy at all. I had to Fast Forward through his performance. He's just "blah".

So, they booted:

Happy Cowboy - Fine.

Kevin James - Fine.

Johnny Come Lately - WHAT?

Bollywood Guy - THANK GOD.

Manuel Romero - Fine.

But, they let through the GLAMAZONs, and Robert Hatcher instead of Johnny Come Lately? Are they high? Oh well, at least Julienne and Butterscotch made it through.

As for the performances, here we go:

• Second Story Guys - These guys are fun and energetic. I think they have a great show, but I don't know that it's worth a million bux.
